We’re not a typical agency (yeah, that’s what all the agencies say…but here’s why we actually mean it). Our team aren’t the same bored people locked in their four-walled agency cubicles, handcuffed to the desk while churning out the same old uninspired crap for every single client.

With more than 17 years of brand experience, Eliza is a born entrepreneur. She kicked off her creative career behind the camera as a fashion photographer before expanding into design, working with household names like Cotton On, Country Road Group, Typo and Target.

Since then, Eliza has worn just about every creative hat in marketing, design, production, web, photography, styling, PR and buying. Her bold style, sharp eye for detail and daring creativity have taken her from boutique Australian labels to global brands, and led to projects with JETS Swimwear, MAC Cosmetics, Ellen DeGeneres, Dita Von Teese, and a lineup of high-profile influencer brands, celebrities and TV personalities.

Being the fearless and unapologetic businesswoman she is, she took these years of unrivalled experience, skills and creativity to build her own exclusive homewares business, FrancHome (another puntastic name). She single-handedly built a distinctive brand and unique product line that hit the market and quickly spiralled out of control (in a good way). In just two short years, her products were stocked in the National Gallery of Australia, featured in leading interior magazines, and she was collaborating with Australia’s largest bathroom and interiors brand, ABI Interiors.

But here’s what truly sets her apart: Eliza doesn’t just create eye-catching, scroll-stopping brands. She guides you through the messy middle, that place where doubt creeps in, strategy goes sideways, and vision feels foggy. It’s certaintly no mistake.

The origin of the ‘C’ instead of the ‘K’ is a nod to the surname of Be Franc’s founder, Eliza Francombe, and her franc nature. Clever, right? The rolling forward ‘C.’ represents both our forward nature and our forward-thinking. We are different and standout from the rest. We produce creative that disrupts the norm and when we’re done, your business will become a distinctive, unforgettable brand – full stop. We separate ourselves from our competitors by a country mile with our own unmistakable, distinctive, unapologetic branding.

The rolling forward ‘C.’ which transforms into other symbols as it rolls, is used throughout our visual collateral as an anchor to always have our branding front and ‘c’entre.

The full stop represents the essence of being franc.; to the point, direct and honest. Finally, a full stop symbolises the end. It makes a statement and finalises it at the same time. So once all the creative is completed it’s done. Fabulous. Fin. Like the end scene of a cinematic masterpiece.
